About Coach Chevz

Originally from Canada and now living in Israel, I've dedicated my ​life to helping others find joy and fulfillment in life, through ​movement. With a Master's degree in Health and Sports Sciences, ​I'm passionate about helping others do what they truly love ​starting with physical activity and then moving onto all other areas ​of our lives.

My philosophy is simple: the more we engage in activities we love, ​the more love and enjoyment we get out of life, and the more ​receptive we are to receiving the gifts that life has to offer.
